Do you work on weekends and holidays?

We can work on Fridays and holidays with prior booking.

Do you provide storage facility?

We have short term and long term storage facility. We offer normal as well as temperature controlled storage space. Read more about it here

What kind of insurance covers the moving?

You can opt for an insurance at an additional cost. We offer AXA Insurance, both Basic and All Risk Cover.

How long does it take to move home within the same city?

This would depend on the size of your house. Typically it takes:

  • One day – for 1 or 2 BHK
  • Two days – for 3 or 5 BHK
  • Three days – for a bigger apartment or villa

Our surveyor will estimate and inform you about the time it will take before we start the move.

How can we pay you?

You may pay as in the way most convenient to you. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfers. We currently do not accept payment through credit cards.

What are your payment terms like?
  • Local Home Moving: 50% advance and balance on completion
  • Local Office Moving: 50% advance with LPO and balance on completion of work
  • International Moving: 100% in advance on confirmation of order
How early must we plan an international relocation?

If you are planning to move abroad then you must start planning 4 to 6 weeks ahead of your impending departure.

How does moving happen?

We follow a time-tested process that includes: Survey, Estimation, Approval, Booking, Planning and Execution. Read more about this here

What is the packaging material used by you?

We use the quality packaging material appropriate for the items, the weather and the distance of the move.

Domestic: Cardboard boxes, Box Files, Plastic, Bubble Wraps, Corrugated Rolls, Paper, and Hanger Box

International: Flat and Hanging Wardrobes, Flat Boards, Non-Acidic Paper, Silica Gel and Super Dry Sticks. (these are in addition to the items already mentioned in the Domestic packaging material)

Do you offer handy man services?

Yes we do. Our customers at times need help with curtain fixing, hanging paintings on wall or fixing safe-vaults. We do provides these services at a nominal cost.

Do you have covered and closed trucks?

Most of our trucks are closed but if you have any specific requirement inform us in advance and we will provision a closed truck for your moving.

How many days’ notice is required for moving our home?

We can do a local relocation with a short notice of 3 to 5 days. Sometimes depending on our schedule we can even do it at a day’s notice. So please check with us.

If you are moving abroad then you need to book earlier. A minimum period of 10 – 15 days is recommended as we need to liaise with international partners.
